|1 pounds||Ground Chicken|
|1 medium||Egg Or Mayonnaise (Binder)|
|Chopped Green Onion|
|Chopped Bell Pepper|
In a medium mixing bowl combine the ground chicken, onion, bell pepper and either the egg or some mayonnaise to hold the patty together. Mix thoroughly; form into patties and coat with bread crumbs. Saute in butter until bread crumbs start to turn brown.
