Measure Ingredient
10¼ ounce LOW SUGAR ORANGE MARMALADE
1 cup LOW-CAL CATSUP
¼ cup CIDER VINEGAR
1 tablespoon SOY SAUCE
¾ teaspoon CELERY SEED
½ teaspoon GROUND RED PEPPER

COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A 1 QUART GLASS MEASURE. STIR UNTIL WELL MIXED. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES; STIR AFTER 3 MINUTES. IF MIXTURE BOILS, IT'S DONE. SERVE WITH BEEF, CHICKEN OR PORK.
