Feta-tomato toppers

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Crumbled feta cheese; 4 ounces
3 \N Plum tomatoes; diced
¼ cup Finely chopped red onion
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon Dried oregano
36 \N Melba rounds or toasts

In small bowl, combine cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepper and oregano. Spoon onto melba rounds and serve.

Makes 36 servings. Preparation time: About 8 to 10 minutes.
