Broiled tomatoes with feta cheese

| 3 | larges | Ripe, firm tomatoes sliced about 1/2\" thick |
| 4 | ounces | Feta cheese |
| ½ | tablespoon | Chopped marjoram |
| Fruity olive oil | ||
| Freshly ground pepper | ||
Directions
REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble the cheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the top. Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes.
Remove, drizzle a little more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram, season with pepper and serve.
