|2 cups||Feta cheese|
|30||Cherry tomatoes, halved|
|2 tablespoons||Zaatar (hyssop) * olive oil|
Crumble the cheese, and spread on a 9 inch by 13 inch pan or a nice circular clay pan. Sprinkle half of the zaatar over the cheese.
Arrange the tomatoes, cut side down, on the cheese. Sprinkle with olive oil and the remaining zaatar. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; serve warm.
