|8 ounces||Cream cheese|
|Freshly ground pepper to taste|
|4 ounces||Crumbled feta cheese|
|½ teaspoon||Italian herbs|
|1||Cloves of garlic (up to 2)|
Mix everything together (by hand or in a food processor) and serve with crackers.
