Syrian feta spread

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Feta cheese |
| ½ | pounds | Ricotta cheese |
| 6 | tablespoons | Softened butter |
| 1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dill; chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Parsley; chopped |
Directions
Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add ricotta and butter. Blend until smooth.
Suggested Wine: New Land Vineyards 1994 Dry Riesling NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
