Yield: 8 Servings
|½ pounds||Feta cheese|
|½ pounds||Ricotta cheese|
|6 tablespoons||Softened butter|
|1||Clove garlic; crushed|
|1 tablespoon||Dill; chopped|
|2 tablespoons||Parsley; chopped|
Process feta until finely crumbled. Add herbs and garlic and process. Add ricotta and butter. Blend until smooth.
Suggested Wine: New Land Vineyards 1994 Dry Riesling NOTES : Chopped walnuts, black olives or scallions may be added.
