4 ounces | Feta cheese; crumbled |
4 ounces | Neufchatel cheese; softened |
⅓ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 \N | Clove garlic; minced |
¼ teaspoon | Dried basil |
¼ teaspoon | Dried oregano |
⅛ teaspoon | Dried dillweed |
⅛ teaspoon | Dried thyme |
1. In a food processor bowl or mixing bowl combine feta, neufchatel, mayonnaise, garlic and dried herbs.
2. Process until well combined. 3. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour or until serving time.
