Fast break from eggs breakfast casserole

| 2 | cups | Apples, peeled and cut in chunks |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Shredded carrots |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| 1 | cup | Jicama, peeled and julienned |
| 1 | cup | Bulgar wheat |
| ⅓ | cup | Plain nonfat yogurt |
| ¼ | cup | Scallions, sliced very thin (tops included?) |
Directions
Combime the uncooked sausage, apple chunks (small cubes), raisins, carrots, scallions, nutmeg, cinnamon, jicama, and bulgar wheat with ⅓ cup nonfat plain yogurt. Bake it in a loaf pan for 40 minutes.
