Breakfast hash casserole

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Frozen hash browns
1 can Corned beef hash
2 cups Milk
8 \N Eggs
4 ounces Shredded cheddar cheese
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Heat frozen hash browns for 10 minutes in microwave on high. In large bowl mix the corned beef hash and add milk and eggs. Mix well. Add potato and shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.

Mix well and pour in 2 10" pie plates that have been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Sprinkle 2 oz. shredded cheese on top of each and bake at 350 until brown.

Serves 6-8.
