Easy french-fancy rice

Ingredients

1 | large | Onion; diced |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
2 | cups | Cooked rice |
2 | eaches | Eggs; beaten |
1 | cup | Milk |
1 | cup | Swiss cheese; shredded (4oz) |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Pepper to taste |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. In a large skillet, saute the onion in the butter until golden. In a large bowl, mix the sauteed onion with the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased 1½-quart baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly golden and heated through. Note: Garnish with chopped parsley and paprika.
