Famous ro*tel cheese dip

Yield: 4 cups

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pasteurized processed cheese spread, cut into cubes
1 can Diced or Whole RO*TEL Tomatoes and Green Chilies

In saucepan combine ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.

Makes about 3½ cups dip.

Microwave: Place ingredients in a covered casserole. Microwave on HIGH until cheese spread is melted, about 5 minutes, stirring once.
