Rosy caraway cheese dip

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Low-fat cream cheese |
| ;at room temperature | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter, at room temperature |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chives, chopped |
| 1 | large | Shallot, minced |
| 4 | teaspoons | Caraway seeds |
| 4 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 4 | teaspoons | Capers, drained |
Directions
GARNISH
In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients except capers.
Process or mix until very well blended. Add capers and blend in for a few seconds. Chill. Best if made several days ahead.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with chives. Pumpernickel, black bread or other dark breads go well with this.
