Everyday buttermilk bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Buttermilk
3 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Powdered garlic
3 cups Bread flour
1½ teaspoon Dry yeast

If you would like to add anything else, just throw it in and don't change the main recipe (i.e. banana, wheat germ, sprouts, cooked cracked wheat, cooked wheat berries, etc.) The key to any great loaf of bread is the buttermilk and olive oil! They can be substituted for any liquid and butter in any recipe.
