| ¼ | cup | Plus 3 tbls water; 3/4 cup |
| ¼ | cup | Plus 2 Tbls buttermilk; 1/2 cup |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon juice; 1 tsp. |
Directions
All ingredients must be at room temperature. Add ingredients in order specified for your bread machine. Set bread machine on the basic/standard bread making setting, select medium or normal baking cycle.
