Ethiopian honey bread

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Milk
3 tablespoons Water
6 tablespoons Honey
1 Egg
3½ tablespoon Butter
3¼ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Coriander
½ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ teaspoon Yeast

All ingredients should be room temperature. Add ingredients according to the bread machine directions. Bake on full cycle, light crust.

* I ususally add about ⅓ c raisins for a more interesting taste
