Orange honey bread

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Honey
4 teaspoons Baking powder
½ cup Orange juice
3 tablespoons Shortening, melted
½ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Candied orange peel

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well, add orange juice and melted shortening to the eggs. Mix in the candied peel. Combine dry ingredients with the egg mixture, just enough to moisten the flour.
