Wheat & honey bread

Yield: 2 Loaves

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
¾ cup Whole wheat flour
2½ cup Bread flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Butter
1 each Egg
1 cup Plus 1 T warm water

Place all ingredients in the pan in the order listed. Select White bread and press "Start". Raisins make a good addition. Add either at the beginning for flavor or at the addition beeps so they'll remain whole. NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.
