Yield: 8 Servings
|1 large||Head cauliflower|
|1||Head lettuce; torn|
|1 pack||(10-oz) frozen peas|
|1 carton||(8-oz) sour cream|
|1 cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|1 pounds||Bacon; cooked, crumbled|
Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Layer lettuce, cauliflower & peas in that order in a 3-quart bowl. Combine sour cream & mayonnaise, mixing well.
Spread evenly over top, sealing to edge of bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover bowl tightly & chill overnight. Yields 8-10 servings.
