1½ | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
2 | Onions, cut and sep.in rings | |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
4 | ounces | Sl. mush. drain, res. liquid |
½ | cup | Dry sherry |
1½ | teaspoon | Garlic salt |

Directions
Cut steak into thin strips. In a large skillet, brown meat in oil using high heat. Add onions. Saute until tender crisp. Blend soup, sherry, liquid from mushrooms and garlic salt. Pour over steak. Add mushrooms.
