Summer steak

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Dried basil
2 teaspoons Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Dried dillweed
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Black pepper
4 Strip steaks (12 oz; 1 inch thick)
Nonstick cooking spray

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the steaks and cooking spray. Spray both sides of the steaks with the cooking spray, then coat the steaks completely with the seasoning mixture. Grill for 12 to 14 minutes for medium, or to desired doneness, turning halfway through the cooking.
