(1). Cook green pepper and margarine in a microwave-safe casserole 1 minute or until green pepper is tender. (2). In a medium bowl, combine eggs and soup. Mix well. (3). Add egg mixture to casserole with green pepper. Cover. (4). Cook 4 to 5 minutes on high or until eggs are cooked. Stir halfway through cooking. Serves 4.
