Hearty breakfast

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 slices Bread; cubed
½ pounds Mild sausage
1 cup Grated sharp cheese
2 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
6 Eggs
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook sausage & drain. Grease large casserole with butter. Cover bottom with bread cubes. Layer crumbled sausage on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs, milk & seasonings together. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 300 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set.
