Pastry egg breakfast

8Vol-au-vent shells
8Eggs
¼cupHeavy cream
8slicesDiced bacon
1Finely diced green pepper
2Minced green onions
1cupGrated Havarti cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.

Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.

Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
