Pastry egg breakfast

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Vol-au-vent shells
8 \N Eggs
¼ cup Heavy cream
8 slices Diced bacon
1 \N Finely diced green pepper
2 \N Minced green onions
1 cup Grated Havarti cheese

Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.

Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.

Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
