Pastry egg breakfast

Ingredients

| 8 | Vol-au-vent shells | |
| 8 | Eggs | |
| ¼ | cup | Heavy cream |
| 8 | slices | Diced bacon |
| 1 | Finely diced green pepper | |
| 2 | Minced green onions | |
| 1 | cup | Grated Havarti cheese |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.
Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
