Farmer's breakfast

Measure Ingredient
2 cups HASH BROWN POTATOES
¼ cup SLICED GREEN ONIONS
2 tablespoons MILK
6 eaches EGGS
⅓ cup BUTTER
1 cup DICED, COOKED HAM

IN A 1½ QUART CASSEROLE DISH, MICROWAVE COOK ONION AND 2 TB. BUTTER, UNCOVERED FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD POTATOES. COOK, COVERED FOR 4 TO 6 MINUTES.

BEAT TOGETHER EGGS, MILK, AND ¼ TSP PEPPER. STIR IN HAM. POUR OVER POTATOES. COOK ON HIGH FOR 4 TO 5 MINUTES. PUSH COOKED PORTION TO CENTER AFTER 1 ½ MINUTES, THEN EVERY 30 SECONDS AFTER. LET STAND 1 MINUTE AFTER COOKING TO LET EGG SET COMPLETELY.
