Egg mustard sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
1½ cup Milk
¾ teaspoon Salt
Red pepper
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
2 Diced hard boiled eggs

Melt butter; blend in flour. Gradually add milk, salt, red pepper & mustard; cook, stirring often, until sauce thickens. Fold in eggs.

Serve hot.
