Fried egg sauce

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Scallion
1 tablespoon Oil
½ tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Water

1. Mince scallion.

2. Heat oil. Add scallion; stir-fry to brown lightly.

3. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce and water; cook to heat through.

Sprinkle sauce over fried eggs and serve.
