Easy baked potatoes

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 Potatoes unpeeled & cubed
¼ cup Butter
1 ounce Envelope onion soup mix
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
¼ cup Chopped green onions

Place potatoes in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish; dot with butter and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
