Easy cranberry wild rice

2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
1 | x | Can whole berry cranberry |
Sauce (16oz) | ||
2 | Pkgs. Uncle Bens Original | |
Long Grain & Wild Rice | ||
1½ | cup | Thinly sliced celery |
Directions
1. Cook onion in butter in 10-inch skillet until tender but not brown. 2. Add enough water to cranberry sauce to make 4½ cups. 3.
Add cranberry sauce and contents of rice and seasoning packets to skillet. Stir. 4. Bring to a boil 5. Cover tightly and cook over low heat until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes. 6. Stir in celery.
