Chicken wild rice salad

cupGreen onion, finely sliced
1canWater chestnuts, drained

½poundsSeedless green grapes,halved
1cupSalted cashews
1Grape clusters

Directions

Servings: 8

Blend mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and tarragon, set aside. In large bowl,combine chicken, wild rice, green onion, water chestnuts, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blendid. Refrigerate coverd, 2-3 hrs. Just before serving, fold in grapes and cashews.

Garnis with clusters of grapes. 8 1 cup servings.

Tip: One cup uncooked wild rice equals 3-4 cups cooked.
