|1||Bag (2-pound) frozen diced potatoes; thawed (Mr. Dells works well)|
|2 cups||Shredded cheddar cheese|
|½ cup||Melted butter|
|½ cup||Onion; chopped (opt)|
|1 can||Cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom souop|
|Salt and pepper to taste|
|2 cups||Sour cream|
|1 cup||Crushed cracker crumbs or crushed cornflakes|
From: Kristen Klusmire <kristen@...> Date: Mon, 29 Jul 1996 20:29:48 -0500 Mix together all ingredients except the cracker crumbs. Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with cracker crybs or cornflakes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
