|6||(or 8) medium potatoes,|
|*peeled and cut into chunks|
|¼ cup||(to 1/3) cup canola oil *|
|1 cup||Parmesan cheese|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|¼ teaspoon||Seasoned salt|
(1) Coat the potatoes with oil.
(2) Combine all the remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and "shake, rattle, and roll" the potatoes in this mixture until coated.
(3) Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree F.
oven for 1 hour.
*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
