Cheesy garlic potatoes

Ingredients

| 6 | (or 8) medium potatoes, | |
| *peeled and cut into chunks | ||
| ¼ | cup | (to 1/3) cup canola oil * |
| 1 | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Seasoned salt |
Directions
(1) Coat the potatoes with oil.
(2) Combine all the remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and "shake, rattle, and roll" the potatoes in this mixture until coated.
(3) Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree F.
oven for 1 hour.
*The more oil, the crispier the potato.
