Burger-style pizza

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10-oz) refrigerated pizza dough
1 pounds Ground chuck
¾ cup Prepared pizza sauce
3 ounces Shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 ounces Shredded Cheddar cheese; divided
1 medium Tomato; thinly sliced
½ cup Thinly sliced red onion rings
3 slices Bacon; cooked, drained and crumbled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Press dough into buttered 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside. Cook ground chuck until brown and crumbly; drain fat. Combine cooked meat and pizza sauce. Spread over prepared crust.

Sprinkle with Mozzarella and ⅓ of the Cheddar cheese. Top with tomatoes, onion rings and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar. Bake 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden and filling is hot. Serve immediately.
