cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon Nonfat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Finely chopped sweet red pepper
1 tablespoon Finely chopped yellow pepper
1 tablespoon Finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons Finely chopped shallot
2 teaspoons Minced fresh tarragon OR --
½ teaspoon Dried tarragon

Prep Time: 8 min.

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
