Dutch relish

Yield: 4 Cups

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Zucchini, diced
1 cup Vinegar
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
