Yield: 4 Cups
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
4 cups | Zucchini, diced |
1 cup | Vinegar |
½ cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
