Dutch relish

Ingredients

4cupsZucchini, diced
1cupVinegar
½cupSugar
¼cupPrepared horseradish
1teaspoonSalt

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a stainless steel or enamelware saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool completely. Drain to serve. Makes about 4 cups.
