Doris's cranberry relish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Orange; quartered and seeded
½ large Lemon; quartered and seeded
2 Yellow delicious apples (peeled), cored and quartered
2 packs Fresh cranberries
12 ounces Raspberry preserves
1 cup Sugar

Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add orange and lemon, and process until finely chopped. Remove fruit. Reposition knife blade in processor bowl; add remaining ingredients. Pocess until apple and cranberries are coarsely chopped. Combine fruit mixtures, mixing well.

Chill before serving.
