Yield: 4 Servings
|3 slices||Fresh ginger root|
|4 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with soy sauce.
2. Serve in a dip dish.
NOTE: This dip is also used with deep-fried shrimp.
VARIATION: For the ginger root, substitute any of the following: 1 scallion stalk, minced; 1 garlic clove, crushed; or ½ teaspoon powdered mustard.
