Diabetic sweet and sour sauce

cupChicken broth
cupRed wine vinegar
2tablespoonsFrozen concentrated pineapple juice
2tablespoonsChopped pimiento
1tablespoonSoy sauce
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonGround ginger
2packsEqual; (artificial sugar sweetener)

Directions

Combine cornstarch and chicken broth in small saucepan. Stir in all remaining ingredients except Equal. Cook over medium heat , stirring until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in Equal..Serve warm.
