Darla's pasta salad

Ingredients

1poundsTricolor pasta; cooked
1largeOnion; chopped
5Stalks celery; chopped
1Whole green pepper; seeded and chopped
1canPitted black olives; coarsely chopped
4ouncesCan mushroom
1Whole plum tomato; whole, peeled and chopped
8ouncesFeta cheese; crumbled
½cupPine nuts
½cupBalsamic vinegar
½cupOlive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill.

NOTES : I use my Cuinsenart Food Processor do the onion, celery, then tomato <coarsely chopped> and olives. Be sure to get a good quality of tri color pasta.
