8mediumsPlum tomatoes; sliced

½cupLoosely packed fresh basil leaves; thinly sliced

Directions

Prepare the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper; mix well. Slowly whisk in the olive oil, until thoroughly blended.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, cheese, and basil; mix well.

Add the dressing and toss until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
