Dalla costa spaghetti sauce

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Onions; chopped
\N \N Oil
3 \N Cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning; or to taste
9 \N Italian sausages
1½ pounds Hamburger; 1 1/2 to 2 lbs
4 cans Tomato sauce; 8 ozs
3 cans Tomato paste; 6 oz
3 teaspoons Salt; 3 to 4
\N \N Pepper; to taste
\N \N Garlic salt

Saute onions in ½" oil, covering bottom of pan. Add sausage and hamburger, brown and break into small pieces. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and seasonings. Add one can of water for each can of paste and sauce.

Add salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 3 to 4 hours.
