Contadina traditional spaghetti sauce

12 | ounces | Dried spaghetti, cooked, drained, kept warm |
1 | pounds | Mild Italian sausage 1/2 c. chopped onion |
1¾ | cup | Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with Olive Oil, Garlic & Spices, undrained |
1 | cup | Water or chicken broth |
⅔ | cup | Contadina Italian Paste with Tomato Pesto |
1 | tablespoon | Chopped fresh parsley |
Directions
Crumble sausage into large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat. Stir to break up sausage, 4 - 5 min. or til no longer pink. Add onion, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain. Stir in tomatoes and juice, water, tomato paste and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 - 15 min. or til flavors are blended. Serve sauce over pasta.
