No salt spaghetti sauce

| 2 | Med Onions, chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | (or less) olive oil or PAM |
| 2 | Cloves minced garlic | |
| 4 | 8 oz cans no-salt tomatoes | |
| 2 | 6 oz cans no-salt tom paste | |
| 1 | cup | Red wine |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 2 | teaspoons | Dried oregano leaves |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
In a deep saucepan, cook onion in oil or PAM until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Taste after 1½ hours and adjust seasoning. Sauteed mushrooms are a great addition.
