Curried sauce for turkey or chicken

1eachClove Garlic -- Chopped
1eachOnion; Chopped -- To Taste
1eachApple; Peeled --
Cored&Chopped
1teaspoonCurry Powder
1cupChicken Broth
¼cupFlour -- Unbleached
1cupLight Cream -- 1/2 Pt.
Salt & Pepper -- To Taste

Directions

In a saucepan, melt the butter and saute the garlic, onion and apple for about 5 minutes. Stir in the curry powder and saute for 1 minute more. Stir in the flour and gradually add the chicken broth and cream. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. Serve with cooked sliced turkey or chicken.

Makes 2 cups of sauce.
