Curried sauce for turkey or chicken

| ¼ | cup | Butter Or Margarine |
| 1 | each | Clove Garlic -- Chopped |
| 1 | each | Onion; Chopped -- To Taste |
| 1 | each | Apple; Peeled -- |
| Cored&Chopped | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | Curry Powder |
| 1 | cup | Chicken Broth |
| ¼ | cup | Flour -- Unbleached |
| 1 | cup | Light Cream -- 1/2 Pt. |
| Salt & Pepper -- To Taste | ||
Directions
In a saucepan, melt the butter and saute the garlic, onion and apple for about 5 minutes. Stir in the curry powder and saute for 1 minute more. Stir in the flour and gradually add the chicken broth and cream. Season to taste with the salt and pepper. Serve with cooked sliced turkey or chicken.
Makes 2 cups of sauce.
