| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| ½ | cup | Sliced carrot |

| 1 | Sm Apple, peeled, chopped | |
| ⅓ | cup | Celery |
| 2 | tablespoons | Coconut |
| 4 | teaspoons | Chutney |
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Seasoned slat |
| Pinch dried thyme | ||
Directions
Cook butter and curry powder 1 to 2 min. Add chicken broth, onion, carrot, tomato, apple, celert, coconut, chutney, garlic, bay leaf, salt and thyme. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.
Remove bay leaf. Processs or blend the mixture till smooth. Makes about 1⅔ cups
