|¼ cup||Butter or margarine|
|1 \N||Clove garlic|
|⅓ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
|2 \N||Green onions; sliced|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Peel, core and slice potatoes to create long spirals. Slice "cores" into ¼-inch rounds. Place in shallow 2-quart baking dish. Melt butter with garlic. Drizzle mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and onions. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and tender.
