Cucumber sour cream mold

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Boiling water
1 pack (8-serving size) or 2 packages; (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin Dessert
¼ teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Cold water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ cup MIRACLE WHIP Salad Dressing
½ cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour Cream
1½ cup Chopped seeded; peeled cucumber
2 tablespoons Minced onion
1 teaspoon Dill weed

Complement poached salmon or shrimp with this refreshingly cool molded salad.

STIR boiling water into gelatin and salt in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate about 1¼ hours or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

MIX salad dressing and sour cream in small bowl until well blended. Stir into thickened gelatin. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until thickened (spoon drawn through rough leaves definite impression). Stir in cucumbers, onion and dill weed. Pour into 5-cup mold.

REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold. Garnish as desired. Makes 10 servings
