Cucumber-mango salsa

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Ripe mango; diced
1 small Cucumber; diced (peel on unless you prefer it off)
1 tablespoon Minced red onion
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Seasoned rice vinegar
1 \N Lime; Juice of (about 1 tbs)
