Cucumber-mango salsa

| 1 | small | Cucumber; diced (peel on unless you prefer it off) |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced red onion |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cumin |
| 1 | tablespoon | Seasoned rice vinegar |
| 1 | Lime; Juice of (about 1 tbs) | |
Directions
