Cucumber-mango salsa

1 | Ripe mango; diced | |
1 | small | Cucumber; diced (peel on unless you prefer it off) |
1 | tablespoon | Minced red onion |
¼ | teaspoon | Chili powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Cumin |
1 | tablespoon | Seasoned rice vinegar |
1 | Lime; Juice of (about 1 tbs) |
Directions
