Cucumber-mango salsa

Quantity Ingredient
1 Ripe mango; diced
1 small Cucumber; diced (peel on unless you prefer it off)
1 tablespoon Minced red onion
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
¼ teaspoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Seasoned rice vinegar
1 Lime; Juice of (about 1 tbs)

Directions
