Crumb-topped green beans

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ pounds Green beans
1 tablespoon Butter
½ cup Onion(s), chopped
¼ cup Italian-seasoned dry breadcrumbs

Steam the green beans until crisp-tender.

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and breadcrumbs and saut‚ for 1 minute. Add green beans and saut‚ for 4 minutes or until tender.
