Crockpot taco soup

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Lean hamburger, browned
2 packs Taco Seasoning
1 can Tomatoes, chopped
1 can Kidney beans, undrained
1 can Corn, undrained
1 can Olives, undrained, chopped or sliced 1med onion, chopped
½ \N Bell pepper, chopped
4 \N Tomatillos, chopped (optional) (up to 5)

Place everything in a large crockpot, add water, if necessary, to fill.

Cook on LOW for 5 or more hours until flavors are blended. Top each bowl with a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with sour cream, taco chips and salsa on the side.

If anyone tries this, please let me know as I've never shared it before.

The taco seasoning can be cut in half for those who like it less spicy.

Either way, it's VERY good.
